Zezhen's research evaluates AI systems on their impact to human lives. He designs social interventions to help underserved communities. He uses and develops data science tools to address real-world challenges. Currently, he work as a Behavioral Scientist at The Agency Fund, where he applies rigorous research methods to create meaningful social impact through AI and data-driven approaches. He work closely with NGOs in South Asia and Africa.
