About
Bio/Description
Professor Yedomiffi is an Assistant Professor at Dartmouth College. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research interests lie in development economics, education, and labor. He studies how parents shape children’s human capital investments in low-income settings. His research centers on parental involvement, gender norms, and information frictions within families, using field experiments in West Africa. Across projects on parental engagement in schooling, gendered household responsibilities, report-card disclosure, and institutional changes such as tuition digitization and industrial zones, his work places parents at the center of educational and life-course decisions.
